Do I need to register to Order?

You do not need to register, and can check out as a guest. Registration is simple, however, and enables you to view your previous orders and track shipments.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept ApplePay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

We collect sales tax in locations where we have a legal obligation to do so.

How do you ship your orders?

Products are shipped directly from us or directly from our vendors see specific product shipping information on each product page. 

How can I track my order?

We will email you tracking information within 48 hours of your order. 

What if I need to change, cancel or adjust my order?

Please call us at (866) 615-8827. If the shipment is still being processed, we will do our best to make the change/cancellation/adjustment. There may be an additional fee to change the delivery address once the product has shipped. If the item has already shipped, and changes cannot be made, you may return it in accordance with our
