Refund Policy

 

 

We accept returns for a full refund on most items only within 30 days of when your order shipped. We will issue a refund via the original form of payment for the item purchase price, plus tax.

 

 

We will refund the item after it is retuned. For collectible models we need to be notified within 7 days of receipt if the item was damaged.  Please be sure to return in the original packaging.

 

 

Shipping and handling fees will be refunded only if the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong product sent), or if the merchandise was damaged or lost during shipping.

 

 

Monogrammed, personalized, vintage items, gift cards or final sale items cannot returned for a refund.
