Shipping
All items are shipped directly from us (either our New York City office or Chicago area warehouse) or from our vendors via DHL, UPS, USPS or FedEx and may arrive in separate packages. Most products have a 2-3 day processing time. Customized items have a 3-5 day processing time. Shipping times and rates are determined at checkout.
You will receive a real-time tracking link as soon as your item is processed.
Please notify us right away if there is any issue with shipping. If an item is broken, please send us a photo and we will immediately ship out a replacement.
We want you to be happy! Please feel free to return any item - for any reason - within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The sole exception to our return policy is that we regrettably cannot accept items that are personalized.
